Our head of talent, Kavita Shergill said “Everyone that works at Octopus Group is passionate about tech, integrated marketing and the agency’s future. When hiring new talent, we look for that same passion. At a senior level, they need to have a commercial mind, a consultative style, bags of creativity and a track record of exceeding client expectations. Becca and Niki tick every box, and they’re both lovely too!”

Both Niki and Rebecca will take the lead across a portfolio of technology clients offering strong leadership and advice to both clients and teams to deliver high-quality, revenue-based results though the delivery of innovative, award-winning work.

Niki and Rebecca’s appointments are “another step in the Brand to Sales journey”, according to Octopus Group’s Chairman, Sandy Purewal: “These are exciting times at Octopus Group. Our Brand to Sales client offer is really changing the game, and that requires talented people who relish change and can coach colleagues and clients alike. With so many moving parts to the Brand to Sales proposition, a crucial component is effective client and project management so it’s fantastic to add two such experienced people to the team”.
